Two New Iowa Workers’ Compensation Commissioners Appointed

Heather Palmer and Toby Gordon have been hired as the two newest Deputy Workers’ Compensation Commissioners. Ms. Palmer currently is an Administrative Law Judge at the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals. Ms. Palmer graduated from Drake University Law School in 1999. Mr. Gordon is a partner at Swanson, Gordon, Benne, Clark, & Kolowski where he represents Plaintiffs in workers’ compensation and personal injury matters and criminal defendants.
