RANDALL L. GOYETTE

Randy Goyette brings over 40 years of experience to his practice. Mr. Goyette represents businesses and individuals in lawsuits. A representative sampling of the type of cases in which he has been involved in his career include class action securities fraud, construction defect, attorney and accounting malpractice, breach of contract, civil rights, regulatory compliance, employment discrimination, fire and explosion, libel, products liability, wrongful death, and personal injury.

While the goal in any lawsuit is ultimately to prevail if the case results in a trial, there are often other goals our clients wish to reach. They may wish to eliminate risk, minimize costs and reduce disruption by way of early settlement, or preserve business or personal relationships. Mr. Goyette’s approach to litigation is to work closely with clients to establish goals early, assess risk and costs, and then develop a plan to meet those goals, whether by way of settlement or trial.

In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Goyette provided leadership at Baylor Evnen as Managing Partner of the firm from 2001 through 2011.

Mr. Goyette is routinely invited to speak on litigation-related topics including construction defect, employment and work-place issues, and civil rights defense.
