NICOLE J. LUHM
Nicole is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group. In her defense practice, Nicole regularly assists clients with legal issues stemming from auto accidents, premises liability, political subdivisions, and other tort claims. She also handles complex commercial matters involving contract disputes and construction defects. Through her practice, Nicole provides critical representation to clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Nicole places an emphasis on client communication and tailored legal representation as she understands that each client and each case is unique. In addition to her legal practice, Nicole serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she teaches Construction Law and Business Law.
Nicole was raised in Wisconsin, but has lived in Nebraska since 2012 and made central Nebraska home in 2019. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her two golden retrievers, baking, and traveling.
