JUSTIN P. SMITH
He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2024, and graduated with a concentration in constitutional law. While attending law school, he completed a judicial externship with The Honorable Brian C. Buescher in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska. In addition, he was a senior certified law student in the inaugural semester of Nebraska College of Law’s First Amendment Clinic, where he authored an amicus brief to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Justin received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, with majors in Political Science and History.
Justin enjoys traveling and writing in his spare time.
