JARROD P. CROUSE
Jarrod is one of the firm’s trial attorneys and currently serves as the managing partner. At the core of his practice, Jarrod defends negligence cases with an emphasis on accidents involving commercial motor carriers. Jarrod also handles complex commercial matters involving real estate, contract disputes, and construction defects. Jarrod’s clients range from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Jarrod believes that preparation, understanding the client’s goals and pragmatic advice are the foundation of successful relationships.
A Nebraska ranch kid at heart, Jarrod connects with jurors at a personal level with authenticity and an understanding that sometimes levity is an important piece of the puzzle. He enjoys resolving cases at trial, but appreciates that trial is not always the best option for the client.
