Bub Windle works in Baylor Evnen Wolfe & Tannehill’s civil litigation group. He focuses his practice on defending claims of medical malpractice and professional negligence, representing hospitals, physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers. Bub also handles other insurance defense and civil litigation matters, and he has experience in complex commercial litigation and personal injury cases. By developing strategies for fact development and discovery, preparing dispositive motions and other briefings, and assisting cases through trial, Bub has helped clients navigate high-stakes matters and achieve positive outcomes.

Before moving back to Lincoln, Bub worked at two international law firms in Washington, D.C., where he focused his practice on white collar defense and government investigations, representing individuals and corporations in federal court, administrative proceedings, and non-public investigations. He has represented clients in enforcement actions and investigations involving the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
