FAITH L. KOWALSKI
Faith is a member of the firm’s Transactional and Estate Planning Practice Group. Her practice includes estate planning, estate and trust administration, farm and business succession planning, business and commercial transactions, non-profits, and real estate transactions.
Faith received her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law with high distinction in 2024. While at the College of Law, she participated in the Estate Planning Clinic, one of the college’s many pro bono clinics, where she represented clients in their estate planning needs. Faith’s clinical involvement granted her invaluable experience in estate planning document drafting, client counseling, and legal problem solving.
Additionally, Faith received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska Kearney, summa cum laude, in 2021, where she majored in Sports Management and Business Administration. While at UNK, Faith was a member of the Loper women’s tennis team, and received the MIAA True Freshman Excellence Award in 2018.
Faith is originally from Kearney, Nebraska. Outside of the office, she enjoys running, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
