DEREK C. ZIMMERMAN
Derek’s practice is focused on real estate and land use development including tax increment financing and other financing mechanisms, and helping businesses navigate complex contracts and transactions. His related experience includes leasing, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, and working with businesses on entity formation, corporate governance, and financing. Outside of work Derek enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and live music.
