ANNA J. HEINRICH
Anna is a member of the firm’s Employment and Litigation Practice Groups. Her practice focuses on employment litigation and counseling, as well as general civil litigation matters. Anna works with businesses of all sizes on compliance with federal and state employment laws and assists clients in navigating a wide range of employment-related issues.
Anna’s employment practice includes drafting and reviewing employee handbooks, policies, and agreements, as well as advising clients on workplace practices and compliance. She also represents employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wage and hour disputes, and unfair competition claims.
Anna was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. In her free time, she enjoys attending Husker sporting events, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
