Baylor Evnen is proud to be a presenting sponsor and to have two of our attorneys, Dallas Jones and Jill Gradwohl Schroeder, involved in addressing important workers’ compensation topics at this year’s 2017 Nebraska Symposium occurring October 18th & 19th.
Baylor Evnen Attorney Dallas Jones will be a featured member on a panel discussing and debating the relevance of recent Nebraska case law with former Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Judge Ronald Brown.
Baylor Evnen Attorney Jill Gradwohl Schroeder will serve as a moderator in a session on Issues of Ethics in Workers’ Compensation featuring presenter Professor Kristen M. Blankley, Director of the Robert J. Kutak Center for the Teaching and Study of Applied Ethics at the University of Nebraska College of Law.

Proceeds of the Symposium will go to Kids’ Chance of Nebraska. Baylor Evnen would encourage you to visit https://www.kidschanceofne.org/ and learn more about this non-profit organization raising funds for educational opportunities for children of Nebraska workers who have been severely or fatally injured in an employment related accident. Please help Kids’ Chance of Nebraska fulfill their mission by donating to their organization.

We encourage all stakeholders in the Nebraska Workers Compensation system to attend the 2017 Nebraska Workers Compensation Symposium.
