TYLER A. MASTERSON
Mr. Masterson’s corporate business practice is primarily focused on complex business transactions, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, entity formation and governance, and corporate operations. His experience includes, but is not limited to, formation of LLCs, business sale and purchase transactions, commercial and residential real estate purchases and leases, commercial contract negotiations, and various other corporate guidance matters. Prior to focusing and tailoring his transactional practice, he was an experienced litigator with a focus on complex commercial litigation and creditors’ rights.
Though originally from Southern Colorado, Mr. Masterson graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus in Marketing. He then moved to Omaha for law school and graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 2018. Outside the office, Mr. Masterson is a professional bowler and bowls throughout the country on the Professional Bowler’s Association (PBA) Tour. He also enjoys golfing, cooking, and playing with his dog, Oakley.
