MIKAYLA L. HOFFMANN
Ms. Hoffmann specializes in workers’ compensation law, advising clients in Nebraska and Iowa. Throughout Ms. Hoffmann’s practice, she has developed extensive litigation experience to successfully defend clients’ interests in workers’ compensation trials and mediations.
Ms. Hoffmann finds satisfaction in understanding each individual client’s objectives, and will work relentlessly to achieve those objectives through implementing strategic approaches that are tailored to the specific circumstances of each case.
Ms. Hoffmann has previously worked with the in-house legal department at a large manufacturing corporation. Through this experience, she developed integral skills in identifying liability mitigation and exposure tactics that have assisted with her ability to defend insurance companies and employers in workers’ compensation claims.
Ms. Hoffmann received her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2020. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Nebraska- Lincoln with a major in Accounting, and minors in Pre-Law and Political Science.
