MICHAEL D. REISBIG
Mr. Reisbig is part of the Workers’ Compensation Practice Group and is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Iowa. Mr. Reisbig focuses his practice on the defense of workers’ compensation claims against employers and insurers.
Throughout his career, Mr. Reisbig has represented a wide range of clients, including individuals, small and large businesses, and insurance companies. Mr. Reisbig has gained invaluable experience by working in private law firms, and also in serving as in-house litigation counsel for two large insurance companies. Mr. Reisbig has defended numerous employers and insurers, from investigation of the original claim through trial, before the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court and the Iowa Division of Workers’ Compensation.
Mr. Reisbig believes his diverse experience in numerous settings and his representation of different clientele make him well suited to provide advice and direction to effectively and efficiently address employer’s and insurer’s needs in workers’ compensation.
Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Reisbig participated in a yearlong volunteer program wherein he worked in a high school in New Orleans, LA, serving as a teacher, coach and mentor for “at risk” youth.
