MICHAEL D. REISBIG
Mr. Reisbig is part of the Workers’ Compensation Practice Group and is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Iowa. Mr. Reisbig focuses his practice on the representation of employers and insurers in workers’ compensation matters.
Throughout his career, Mr. Reisbig has served a wide range of clients, including individuals, small and large businesses, and insurance companies. Mr. Reisbig has gained invaluable experience from working in private law firms and also from serving as in-house litigation counsel for two large insurance companies. Mr. Reisbig has defended clients in all phases of a claim, trying numerous cases before the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court and the Iowa Division of Workers’ Compensation.
Mr. Reisbig’s diverse experience and work with different clientele have positioned him to understand his clients’ needs and to effectively and efficiently advise clients in workers’ compensation.
Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Reisbig participated in a yearlong volunteer program wherein he served as a teacher, coach and mentor for “at risk” high school students in New Orleans, LA.
