Mark’s practice is focused on real estate, and land use, representing land owners, developers, and builders. He has extensive experience in transactions of all kinds, seeking zoning, subdivision and other entitlement approvals from governmental entities, forming home owner and/or business associations, and creating condominiums. He has also represented numerous redevelopment projects involving the use of tax increment financing (TIF). Mark serves as counsel to the Homebuilders Association of Lincoln and is a long time participant in the Legal Action Network for Development Strategies (LANDS), an attorney network for the National Association of Homebuilders. He has served on the board of directors of the Lincoln Independent Business Association (LIBA), and as a member of the Nebraska Power Review Board.
