JENNIFER HEISER PILKA
Jennifer is licensed to practice law in the States of Arizona and Nebraska. She practices in the areas of commercial transactions, commercial finance, general corporate and business law, real estate development, and estate planning and business succession. She is certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a designated closing counsel under the SBA’s 504 Loan Program, representing one of the largest certified development companies in Nebraska. Jennifer’s legal career began in Arizona where she attended law school and co-founded a private practice. In 2021, the Nebraska-native returned to Nebraska to join the transactional team for Baylor Evnen Wolfe & Tannehill, LLP. Prior to practicing law, Jennifer earned a Master’s degree in advertising and marketing from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, and enjoyed consulting and branding small businesses in the Lincoln, Denver, Chicago, and Phoenix metro areas.
