CHANCE J. COUNTS
Chance is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Estate Planning practice groups. His practice includes Real Estate, Business Entities and Corporations, Commercial Transactions, and Estate Planning.
Chance was born and raised in Central Texas before making his way up to Lincoln, where he attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earning a Bachelor of Arts and majoring in History. Chance then relocated back south, earning his Juris Doctor from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Law. He practiced in Bell County, Texas for a number of years, focusing on real estate and transactional law. In March of 2023, Chance joined the firm and moved back to Nebraska along with his wife and son.
Chance enjoys getting to know his clients and working hard to accomplish their goals. Outside of the office, he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his friends and family, and cheering on the Huskers.
