ANN K. POST
Ann is a member of the Commercial practice group. Her practice includes real estate, land use, zoning, entity formation and employment law.
Ann grew up in West Point, Nebraska and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, where she earned a degree in business administration, and graduated with honors and high distinction. While at the University, Ann spent a summer studying business in Xi’an and Beijing, China. Ann attended Law School at the University of Nebraska College of Law where she served as a member of the Moot Court Board.
Prior to Baylor Evnen, Ann worked for a local nonprofit advocating for local business at the city, county, and state levels. She also worked as an Assistant Attorney General, enforcing Nebraska’s Consumer Protection Act, Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and regulating nonprofits under Nebraska’s Nonprofit Corporations Act.
